BOSS Machinery is run by Lyndon Harris and his wife, Sherri Harris, along with their support team. BOSS Machinery buys, repairs and sells heavy duty equipment and replacements parts for all types of farm, construction, logging and road building machinery. Assessing whether each machinery’s value is as a fully assembled machine or as a dismantled salvage for re-useable parts. 90% of the equipment that you see in our yard is owned by BOSS Machinery.

BOSS Machinery believes in the value of recycling, repairing and re-using good materials that still have years of viability and function left.

How did the idea for BOSS Machinery come about?

Owner/Operator, Lyndon Harris, has been working with heavy equipment from a very young age, thanks to many hours of his childhood being spent in a shop with his father as well as other various mentors over the years. He gained a great deal of hands-on working knowledge of all farm and heavy equipment from the ground up. He also learned the value of integrity, honesty and handwork very young, and he took those lessons to heart.

An Entrepreneur at heart, Lyndon took the experience he gained with dismantling, rebuilding, and repairing heavy machinery and rented a small shop. With nothing more than a crescent wrench, a welder, and the knowledge that he’d gained, Lyndon started his own business at 17 years old, which led him to where he is today, with BOSS Machinery Ltd.

About Lyndon Harris, Owner/Operator

Lyndon loves working with machines and is often found in the yard and shop, working side by side with his team. A hands-on part of the whole process of repairing and rebuilding excavators, backhoes and working with all aspects of the machines; from mechanic, machinist and welder to pressure washer, Lyndon is deeply involved in all aspects of the business.

This level of oversight with every machine, and involvement with the team allows Lyndon to have the confidence to stand behind every product that exits from his shop.

Lyndon also gets deep satisfaction from finding the perfect solution and knowing that at the end of the day, the customers that buy equipment or parts from BOSS Machinery know that they have gotten a fair deal.

A huge cornerstone of BOSS Machinery is the human values passed down from generation to generation, and values that Lyndon and Sherri are instilling in their own young children.
